Horrible shipping times. Most businesses- big and small have adapted to Covid restrictions by now. Shipping is mostly back to normal, even during sales. You expect an extra day or a two but over a month for nail polish that's located a few states over from mine is ridiculous. If you don't mind orders from overseas getting to you before these ever do, this company is a great option.
Phenomenal nail polish! Cruelty free, long lasting (amazingly long lasting), and 100's of colors. It's truly the best nail polish I've ever used.
The problem is their communication and shipping. There is no communication about your order or updates unless you contact them. They will 'text' you back, and the reply is normally (paraphrasing) 'we hope to get your order out this week'.
If you order during some sale event, good luck. It's now been 13 days and the order is still 'pending'. No contact, no update, no communication at all.
I finally commented on their Twitter feed and they blamed the delay on the sale and COVID-19. Again. They said they update their 'social media'.
They need to post, update, inform on their website when someone is ordering - and keep them updated on their order. No, this is not the first time this has happened.
My suggestion is if you can get the nail polish locally do so! If you can't, don't expect it to arrive in under 3 or 4 weeks.
I love that Zoya has excellent prices, beautiful colors, and great customer service. The polishes still look well on me and I never had any formula issues with them.
